Using this website and the demoDraft
Last updated 21 October 2026. These terms are for Ai Voice Lab's website and demo only. This draft must be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live. Services for clients are covered by a separate written agreement.
The demo is a demonstration
The sample calls, chats, businesses, prices and summaries on this site are made up to show how the assistant works. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or advice. Draft prices will change before launch.
The AI can be wrong
The assistants are AI. They can misunderstand, and they can make mistakes. Do not rely on anything they say for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. The live assistant is a test assistant: please do not share personal, financial or confidential details with it.
Calls may be recorded
When you use the live assistant, the call may be recorded and transcribed, as set out in our privacy notice. By starting the call you accept that.
Fair use
- Use the demo to evaluate our service, as a person, and not with scripts or bots.
- Do not try to get around the limits on live demos, forms or emails.
- Do not use the demo to send messages to people who did not ask for them, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- We may limit or stop access if the demo is misused or if our monthly allowance is used up.
Ownership
The site, its wording, design and software belong to Ai Voice Lab Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view it and share its links. Please do not copy it as your own.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site and demo running, but we do not promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the demo or relying on the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Other sites
The live assistant, WhatsApp and Telegram are run by other companies with their own terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
