Dental and medical clinic

Front desks are busiest exactly when patients phone: at opening time, at lunch, after work. The assistant answers while your team treats patients, books and moves appointments inside the rules you set, and keeps clinical questions for clinical staff.

What it handles

  • Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
  • Opening hours, location, parking and the prices you have approved
  • First-visit questions: what to bring, how long it takes
  • A reminder the day before, if you want one

When it hands over to a person

  • Pain, bleeding or swelling is mentioned
  • A patient asks for a dentist or doctor by name
  • Insurance or Medisave questions beyond your FAQ

What it never does

  • Gives medical or dental advice, or comments on symptoms
  • Quotes a treatment price you have not approved
  • Asks for NRIC numbers or card details by voice
