What we collect, and why

• Enquiries, calculator estimates and feedback. Your name, company, how to reach you, what you wrote, and the industry and voice you picked. We use it to reply to you and to improve the demo.
• Bookings. Your name, company, email, optional phone number or username, the time you chose and anything you wrote in the message box. We use it to confirm the walkthrough, send a calendar file, and let you cancel.
• Sample summaries. The email address you give. We use it to send you one sample and to tell you about it once if you agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list.
• Demo choices. Which industry, voice and channel were picked, with a code made from your internet address and a secret value. We cannot read your address from the code. We keep the code with your enquiry and with our activity records, and use it to count interest and to apply fair-use limits.
• The live voice assistant. If you press "Talk to a live assistant", your browser connects to Amazon Connect and your voice is processed to run the call. The call may be recorded and transcribed. It is a test assistant, so please do not share personal details.

Your consent

We ask you to tick a box before we use your details to contact you. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. If you withdraw, we stop contacting you and delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.

Who else sees it

• Amazon Web Services runs the live assistant and may host this site. Calls are processed in the Sydney, Australia region.
• An email provider delivers the emails we send, including the alert we receive when you send an enquiry or book (to be named before launch).
• Telegram, if we have switched it on for our own alerts: the alert about your enquiry, with what you wrote, reaches our Telegram account.
• Google supplies the fonts this site uses, so your browser tells Google your internet address and browser type when a page loads.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram. If you choose either to receive a sample, you message us first, and they handle that message under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Sending information outside Singapore

Because the live assistant runs in Australia, some information is processed outside Singapore. Google, Telegram and WhatsApp (Meta) are global companies and may handle information outside Singapore too. We rely on our contracts with Amazon Web Services and our other providers, and on their own terms, to keep it protected to a standard comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

How long we keep it

Enquiries, bookings, feedback and activity records: kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Message logs: 30 days. Live assistant recordings and transcripts: kept for a limited time in our Amazon account (period to be confirmed before launch).

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites. While a live call is open, the Amazon Connect widget may keep call-session information in your browser's storage.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us with the email address or phone number you used, and we will reply as soon as reasonably possible. We can erase everything we hold under that address or number.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
